Riyadh, 31st March 2026– Sierra Leone’s Ambassador to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, H.E. Mohammed Barrie, held a fruitful meeting with H.E. Abdullah Khalil Al-Masibih, President of The Arab Bank for Economic Development in Africa (BADEA), at the Bank’s headquarters in Riyadh on Tuesday.
Dr. Fatima Elsheikh, Secretary General of BADEA and V.P of Operations facilitated the meeting in which Ambassador Barrie and H.E Abdullah KH Almusaibeeh discussed a portfolio of banking projects in Sierra Leone, exploring opportunities for development in various sectors and strengthening cooperative frameworks to support the country’s developmental priorities, in line with His Excellency President Dr Julius Maada Bio’s Big Five Gamechangers. Both parties discussed potential visit to Freetown in the next few months.
